IW Pilates at home is committed to celebrating the uniqueness of bodies, bringing you joy in movement, and unlocking your infinite potential to move freely and feel strong.


IW Pilates at home developed after creating movement videos and online challenges for clients to complete during lock down and the pandemic. It continued to evolve and now is a platform that keeps bodies moving outside of the physical studio; you can bring Infinite Wellness home with you! 


As a fiance, friend, daughter, sister, fur mama, and entrepreneur I know how busy life can get. I wear many hats in my life and NEED physical activity to keep my engine running both mentally and physically. That's why I have conveniently designed online 30 minute classes! These classes have tons of variety that have helped many women in my community feel stronger and move better in their bodies.


When your body feels strong, you ultimately feel motivated and empowered. There is no limit to what you can achieve.

Can I use my mobile phone?

Absolutely! Stream from anywhere, anytime.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes! No contracts, cancel anytime.

Am I too old to join?

Absolutely not! My clients range in age from mid 20's to 70's.

I offer modifications and ALWAYS invite you to work to your ability and listen to your body.

Working out from home allows you to take breaks when needed and to revisit exercises.

We ALL have our limits on any given day and every modification has incredible VALUE.

Low impact movement modalities that include resistance training such as Pilates, Barre, Strength, are vital to women especially as we age. It's so important to take care of ourselves for strong healthy bones and muscles and also to prevent injuries. You're never too old to start something new and gain strength!

Do I need any equipment or props to do the workouts?

I offer a variety of classes with and without props! For the Pilates and Barre classes with props I do suggest having a set of light weights (1-5lbs) and for the Strength classes I do suggest having a set of medium weights (8lbs-15lbs).



Do I need to know how to do the workouts?

No, you don't need to know how to do the workouts to get started. I will guide you every step of the way and will always offer modifications to meet your body where it's at on any given day!

Can I do these workouts if I'm pregnant or recently had my baby?

I do not recommend these classes if you are pregnant or 5 weeks or less postpartum. If you are past 6 weeks postpartum please send me an email and we can discuss what is best for you!

Will there be any recurring fees?

Challenges are a one time payment if you are not a member. If you decide to upgrade to a monthly membership, then you will be billed monthly on a recurring basis.
